Cybertruck has no standard cabin air filter; it uses the HEPA filter. Battery coolant normally doesn't need replacing for the life of the vehicle, and you shouldn't open its reservoir or top up brake fluid yourself. Track and reset items in Controls › Service › Maintenance.

Before the visit

  1. Check recalls first: look up your VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls and ask service to complete any open campaign in the same visit.
  2. Document the issue: date, mileage, software version, photos or a short video. For intermittent faults, note the conditions.
  3. Keep records: save every invoice and note part numbers in your own log.
  4. Safety issues: also report them to NHTSA at nhtsa.gov/report-a-safety-problem.

General owner information, not factory service instructions. If anything here conflicts with your owner's manual or the Release Notes in your truck, those win.
